Ingredients 

Cucumber

Paprika

Shrimp

Oregano

Onion powder

Oil of your choice

Rice

Monk fruit

Rice vinegar

Method

Clean and wash the shrimps. Take out extra veins too. Season the shrimp with some onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook them in a hot pan of oil for 2 to 5 minutes.The speed is of essence here that’s why we are going to cook at speed. 

Take some boiled rice. You can stir the rice with vinegar and monk fruit to add some sushi-like taste.

Now comes the fun part, take a cucumber slice it from the middle in a long way. Take a spoon and scoop out the pulp of cucumber from the inside in such a manner that it becomes a boat.

Now add some rice on it. You can use any kind of rice, brown rice, white rice, some quinoa et cetera. The vinegar will add some kind of flavourful and salty filling in the cucumber. So the taste won’t be bland.

Next layer will come of stir fried shrimps. You can add jalapeños if you like.

It’s time to add the magical sauce. It’s pretty much like a spicy mayo sauce.
